How information is collected, disclosed and safeguarded, including the sharing of introduction requests with licensed advisors.

Information Practices

Privacy Policy

This notice describes what Apex Wealth Desk receives from readers and from those who request an introduction to a licensed advisor, to whom it may be disclosed, and the choices open to you. Because equity awards, trading windows and concentrated positions are sensitive, each disclosure is stated plainly.

  • A request reaches at most three licensed advisors, who may pay for it
  • Advertising and analytics load only with your consent
  • Calculator inputs remain within your browser
  • California residents may access, correct, delete or opt out

Detail

The Notice in Full

  • Information Collected

Visits pass through Cloudflare, which observes requests and IP addresses. An introduction request adds a full name, email address and telephone number, all required, with a state or region, net worth, income and investable-asset ranges, a principal goal and timeline, any existing advisor, a contact preference and consent. Calculator inputs stay within your browser and are not associated with your identity.

  • Disclosure to Advisors

A member of our team reviews each request and confirms your needs with you, after which you are matched with a licensed advisor who specializes in executive financial matters. Your request may be shared with up to three advisors, each of whom pays for the introduction. Before purchase, an advisor sees only an anonymous summary of region, ranges and needs; your name and contact details follow once the request is bought.

  • Analytics, Advertising and Consent

Advertising and analytics are switched on only once you permit cookies; until then, Google Analytics operates in a denied, cookieless mode. With consent we use Google Analytics 4, Google AdSense and the Meta Pixel, which may share visit information with the companies behind them, and Yandex Metrica, with session recording disabled, which counts page visits so that our pages can be found through Yandex Search. The Global Privacy Control signal is honored as an opt-out from sale or sharing: Yandex Metrica does not load when it is present, and a request submitted with it active is flagged as do-not-sell within our records. Controls appear on the Do not sell or share my personal information page, and your selections are retained in your browser alone.

  • Safeguards and Retention

Cloudflare Turnstile, a concealed honeypot field and rate limiting guard the form, and submissions are stored in our cloud environment and forwarded to us by an email-delivery provider. Requests are retained for the period needed to complete the match and to satisfy legal record-keeping requirements. On request we will delete your information unless the law obliges us to keep it.

  • Rights and Minors

Residents of California may ask what we hold about them, have it corrected or deleted, or opt out of its sale or sharing, under the CCPA and CPRA; we do not discriminate against anyone for doing so, and residents of other states may hold comparable rights. The site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. Every request or inquiry is made through the contact page, our only channel.

  • Advisor Accounts

An advisor who registers provides a name, work email address and CRD number, which we retain with the account. At sign-up the number is checked against the public SEC investment adviser record: it must be found, currently registered and match the name. A personal email address or reported disclosure events refer the application for manual review, and an advisor who fails the check may apply for review by a person. A payment provider processes card payments; we store no card numbers. Only advisors at SEC-registered firms can receive introductions; that is checked against the public record at sign-up and before each purchase.
